I'm looking for info and reassurance from anyone on rivaroxaban concerning taking vitamin k2

I had bilateral PE in dec 2020 linked to covid. I'm on 10mgs rivaroxaban for life. I also have Pernicious anaemia and hashimotos thyroiditis, low vit d. I've looked on numerous groups regarding vit k2 but still unsure if its safe to take as a co factor to vit d, while taking rivaroxaban. I'm desperate to feel well again🙄

I've been on riveraxaban for around 9 months and have no side affects. I take multi vitamins. And a few more for depression. Stomach ulcer and cholesterol. I'm also on all for life. The riveraxaban has saved my live after they found a blood clot in groin and lower stomach

I'd not take extra vitamin k as my vegetarian diet is already naturally high in vit k and that is one of the factors affecting blood clotting. What has your GP / anti coagulation clinic said?

From what I understand you need vit k2 to keep the vitamin d in your bones, its different to vitamin d. I do think its only warfarin that you have to be careful with green veg etc. I 'm due for a blood test soon so will ask the dr.
