I me on Eliquis 2.5 twice daily and Bisoprolol 2.5 ime schedule for thyroïdectomie .i me confuse doctor told me to stop before 72 h medication depist here Eliquis it s hard to find I have to bring him from overseas doct are not yet use to this med.

Ime scared because last month I cut my finger while preparing dinner and it cost me 2weeks to heal from small bleeding

Please. Can you help with suggestions nice people

I am not an expert but I think it's normal to stop any blood thinner before an operation. It is important that everyone involved in the surgery knows. They will tell you when you can start taking the eliquis again if you still need it
