Hi travelling tomorrow 28 July 2019, on a 09-25 flight to Singapore from London, which is 13 1/2 hours. I have Clexane inj 4ml p/f syringe what time should I injet tonight? We are in Singapore till 1st August, flight is 18-40 that evening travelling to Wellington New Zealand, I know I have to injet my second injection the night before as well.
