Death, perhaps? Obviously, if you have been diagnosed with a DVT, you should eat healthily and exercise as you are able, but prescription drugs are necessary to help dissolve the clots and return your blood flow to normal.

I think beyond taking a blood thinner, you can also eat pineapple, apples help break down clots.... eating healthy and lots of exercise as tolerated also helps. That's my advice---I'm not a physician, I am a patient. Second time DVT/clotter first was 13 years ago--- no reason for me.... but I am now on life long blood thinners.. and if there was a guaranteed natural choice for me to go without blood thinners--- I would definitely take it. It's risky to go without them at this point.
