I put mine into a 7 day tablet holder so I can easily see if I have missed a dose

Very easy to do.just as easy to take it twice and you can't remember because each day is similar.i write the dose of 10 10.5 or 11mg down every day ....it's worth avoiding the panic

I put all of my medications in a 7 day planner, morning, afternoon, and evening, I fill it each week on the last day, they are labeled Sun-Sat, so easy if you can't remember just check the day, if it's still there then you obviously haven't taken it yet. This is very convenient, also can be put in your purse, in case your not home at the time it should be taken, you can purchase one at any pharmacy for just a couple dollars, good luck!

Could you work it out from the number of pills you have left/have taken in your prescription?

I'm glad you asked the question!

I've just entered that stage in life where memory loss can leave me frustrated and sometimes scared........"did I take the tablet or not"?.........As you see from other answers ....It is essential to plan or prep' ahead....I've just decided, as I see one of your replies advises........."to pop all the tablets for each week, out of the foil into another container on the day I get my test done ..... 'hope that makes sense....Thanks for your question!
