I have been taking plaquenil and need to switch to hydroxycholoriquine (generic plaquenil) because the cost of plaquenil is high. Has anyone switched from plaquenil to hydroxycholoroquine and found huge differences like GI symptoms--or any other terrible side effects. Thanks.

Hi, I'm a member of the Hughes Syndrome forum on here and this has been discussed a lot on there you may find some info there.
I take hydrocychloroquine which is generic I believe, always have, first one was called Quinoric.
