With long QT syndrome, and on Propafenone, does anyone know of an antidepressant that would not make the problem worse. ANY help appreciated

Age 70, male, long standing paroxysmal AFib, can't use Amiodarone due to it's propensity to cause thyroid problems and myopathy.Ablation a failure on several occasions. Have PCa grade 3 but in remission for 3 years now, but the androgen deprivation therapy and radiation caused osteoporosis (perhaps explains depression)
