Hiya – Just to let you know there is a story this week (7th August 2023) in the local press (link below) about how fantastic BAE Systems have been to me with my disability.
BAE has been a model employer, they have given me a car parking space and a Work Adjustment Passport which means they have agreed to help me to do my job with my disability. The have also invited me to participate in a conference in October to speak about my situation. I am very grateful for all of this.

I have relatives in Scotland so I will make sure they see it. And BAE sounds like they have been very supportive.
