these last years 2021/2022 , some things changed . i cant work as nurse rigth now; find adapted job nurse , it s quite difficult. i cant walk , it s diffcult , a stick help me; walk lon distance it s very hard , in past i can. the french healthcara declared me an incapacity , I plan a reconversion as community manager . Work behnind computer is possible.

I ha d 3 times injections of toxins botulics it lessen the spasticity , and walk down. still i need a stick for more 20 meters /

Each week i pratice on day pilat , and 4 5 days Balnéothérapy exercises and physiotherapy . i think that stabilize my state. So motorbike i cant any more. it s too heavy right now. moove to park , put out and in my boxe is very difficult . Ride that s ok ; Maybe one less heavy . I can ride a bicycle , climbing still hard. i try to smim every sundays 45 mn. i keep an high spirit , but i m woried by my futur . Dont give up the figth .
