Baclofen pump

My neurologist has discussed a Baclofen pump is the spasticity keeps increasing. What are e y’all’s thoughts on this. I’m not really for it myself.

I know an AMN woman who has one and she says it was a game changer. She took baclofen orally and it really messed her up, but since the pump puts the medication directly to the spinal area it doesn't effect her mentally. Hope this helps.
