BONE MARROW TRANS PLANT PART TWO! So its a go At MSGH to receiver a bone marrow transplant early this January! Thank god my sister is a match and we are a go a. A scary go at that. Meaning all that is involved with procedure! I am having this pro procedure done 2000 miles away from home base. So this January I will be living in Boston to get this thing done. As i am being told the procedure it self has you in the hospital for at least 4 weeks. Then you will be evaluated for release. Here is where it gets complicated. I now have to be living in Boston for close watching sometimes up to six months! I am trying to wrap my head around how I am gonna make this happen with my health insurance then How am I going to live! Well that is where we stand and I will keep the fam up to date! All good thoughts will be greatly appreciated! My power thought is this, Is needed and who knows there might be some extra brain fixing that will be added! Lets do this!

Hi Seifert 09
I just wanted to give you all my good wishes for success in the BMT. You are being brave.
I know every one of your fellow AMN-ers on here will join in sending good wishes.
I don't know which of our members live in or near to Boston, but hopefully you will be able to get plenty of support.
We look forward to updates when you are able.
Chris
