Hello Cynajsa

Thank you for your question. Can I ask please whether you have AMN or whether your enquiry is more general?

If it's the former then, unless there is some cerebral involvement with AMN, then comprehension and cognitive reasoning are unrelated to our disease.

If it's a more general question then there are more suitable forums than this one that are available. There are also many smartphone apps that claim to be able to help.

Best wishes

Chris

Thanks Chris , my son is dealing with the AMN and lesions on the brain are making an impact. Exercising the brain was recommended just like any other muscle. I was just checking to see if anyone else had any suggestions on what types of brain exercises to start with. 🙏
