Vk0214 I started clinical trials early next year, I am from China,

I hope that we can conduct trials in China at the same time and give hope to Chinese ald patients.

I sent a lot of emails to vikingtherapeutics and I didn't reply.

Can anyone help me. Thank you.

You'll never get a reply from Viking.

I doubt they'll conduct trials in China. It'll be America and Europe again. Shame. I'm in Singapore at the moment, China would be ideal.

Still good news though. Quite a few treatments are in the offing right now.

I am amn patient. I got to know a lot of children after I was sick last year. I am very pitiful. I really want to help them. Many European drug trials on ald have not been conducted in China. There are huge rare disease groups in China, and it is very easy to recruit patients. Vk0214 early next year trial, before the start of the trial, I want to try my best to let Chinese ald patients also participate in the trial. Give them a little hope. I will always try to contact viking.

I will still be in the MIN-102 trial at that point, but definitely exciting to see more advances in clinical trials!

Interesting and good news. My MIN-102 trial will end in H1 2020 (April, I think) and I guess others finish in H2 2020 so maybe they will try to maximise patient participation by starting the VK0214 trial with patients as soon as MIN-102 has ended

What is the effect of min-102, what improvements? If you stop min-102, immediately carry out the vk0214 test, will affect the effect of min-102.

I was in contact with viking a couple of years, my neurologist was also but since then there has been no contact from them

No improvement whatsoever for me after a year on the MIN-102 trial. My walking has definitely gotten worse. I have got slight swelling in the ankles and weight gain so pretty sure I'm on the drug. I'm now not due back until very late December and I'm considering giving up. It's pretty pointless continuing.

The other people didn't get any better. I was hopeful for min-102

I feel like I've worsened relative to mobility and endurance (treadmill). I've definitely slowed down and have adapted my pace. Still, I don't want to give up. There are better days than others.

Damn. I was hopeful about MIN-102. How about your neuropathic pain? Any improvement there? That alone would be reason enough for me to try the drug, even if there was no other benefit.
