I read his tweets religiously. I happen to find him as entertaining as hell, but then again, he ain't my President.

Fresh tweet just came through to my phone - Marine Sgt. John Peck, a quadruple amputee who has received a double arm transplant. Not sure if Obamacare payed for it or not, but it really goes to show how far we are progressing medically.

I have often wondered if my demyelination/axonal degeneration is in my spine, or starting at my extremities and working up. I suspect the latter. If your legs are defunct, completely useless, but your spine is still pumping out the action potentials to fire up your muscles, then a leg transplant would be just the ticket.
