About stuttering

So i just started stuttering last year its weird cuz i kept messin up on my words. But not that bad. But now,,,, its kinda like a bit worse😨. Like idk what to do😨. Any ideas why this is happening? And im 14.. i know its hard to believe but this is actually what happened..... i never had this thing before. And im nervous about it. Im sure its not from stress. I mean i stress a lot but i dont blame it..... well i hit my head before when i fell on a huge rock in 3rd grade.

Hello, have you been tested for ALD/AMN or has your mother been diagnosed with this disease? If not then it's unlikely that stuttering has any relation to AMN. I would recommend that you talk to your parent and then go and seek medical advice. Stuttering may have many causes and the stress you describe may not help with it.

I'm guessing you have ALD or wouldn't be posting in this group. Head injury can be very serious so you need to have an MRI ASAP. You should be having them annually anyway. Please let us know what you find out. You can have your parents reach out to me if they have questions at [e-mail].
