After two years of fitnessing I have forgotten my muscle spasms. Spasms are happening now rarely and with a low intensity.

I am so pleased to hear your news.
That’s super! Are you supervised (personal trainer/physiotherapist) or you did it by yourself? I don’t seem to be able to gather enough willpower 😒...
It is like learning to play a violin.
The first one and half year the tone you are generating is terrible.
I took the trainer advices two times so far (2x30 minutes), at the very begining and after one year fitnessing.
One should contiuosly monitor the body response and adjust the workload ammount on the fly.
Agree fully. Tired muscles don't want to spasm.
Can I ask what you mean by "spasm"? Is it a tightening of the muscle resulting in pain, aka cramp? If so, the only time I have one is usually in the morning upon waking up when my left calf would occasionally cramp before I stretch.
Others have used "spasm" (myself included) to refer to involuntary movements, i.e, leg jerks and feet jerks which affect me greatly mostly in the evening. This is only alleviated with baclofen. Unfortuately for me, that "spasm" hasn't been reduced with over 15 years of continued gym and stretching.
The morning spasms according to your description.
That's great news! I've always believed in keeping active and, with AMN, especially now. I have always worked out so I hope my continued efforts are keeping the symptoms mild. It's hard work to get done what you need to get done but it's worth it.
That is great news but I find a shot and a half of whisky before bed also calms the spasms down well it works for me
I am doing the same. 70ml Grappa before bad.
I am taking the food supplement Cerluten for the last 3 years and Magnesium.
The whole package is: Cerluten, Grappa, Magnesium and fitness.
No more unwanted table hitting with my knees during the lunch.
No more morning cramps.
Spastic walking present and unchanged.
No more unwanted table hitting with my knees during the lunch.
So these involuntary spasms also have been diminished through exercise?
Actually, you're right. I misinferred spasm for what is called myoclonus twitching and jerking.
