Someone else wrote about Dr Terry Wahls. I began a modified paleo diet over a year ago and, while it has helped my digestive system, it has not done anything for my spasticity, spasms, gait and balance issues or lower back pain. Still, if I were not eating healthily, I would just have more to be concerned about. I recommend it.

julie_ , my plan is just to be fit and exercise as much as possible.

Stretching as well.

Diet? We all know what is healthy and what is not.

Just had fried chicken. Mmmmm, fried chicken. And pizza earlier.
