4 AP users

For those of you that are using 4 AP or 4 AP 3 ME, did you see results right away or did it take some time? If the latter, how long did it take to see any type of improvement?

I had results straight away. 4-AP-meoh was the most noticeable improvement.

Like 4-aminopyridine, but without the side effects. Pure magic. Couldn't imagine life without it.

That, and Modafinil. It's a quality of life issue more than anything else.

I did worry briefly about my daily intake of chemicals, but I've friends with MS and what I take pales into comparison with their drugs.

I cannot recommend 4-aminopyridine and meoh highly enough. Though they don't work for everyone.

I've been using 4-aminopyridine for about a year. I noticed a difference almost immediately, certainly within a day or two. My doctor, Florian Eichler at Mass Gen, said that I should know whether it works for me no later than two weeks. I personally did not need that long.
