hi I have osteoarthritis, facet joint atrophy and spinal fusion, the pain is unbearable at times so I know how bad it gets,Im on paracetamol, dihydrocodiene and naproxin at the moment and this cold spell we are getting at the moment has made it worse, I started with back pain about 10yrs ago and had been to the doctors many times only to be fobed off with them saying it was a strained back and to rest, about six doctors later he decided to send me for a mri scan it was then when they told me that I had a fractured spine and all the other problems I wasnt too impressed as I was a flt driver and was picking up heavy things all day at work. Im classed as dissabled now and hate being at home but im getting there a bit now. I hope that you are keeping well and would be more than happy to chat with you.
