There have been many studies over the last 5 years showing an apparent link with gut health , particularly use of probiotics and improvement in cognitive functions.

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but I am looking for the best probiotic in non pill form for my 98yr old Mum who suffers from mild dementia and struggle swelling pills

thanks

Good idea. I watched a show on our channel 9 yesterday... Stephen Grundy MD about this subject... sounds interesting. I forgot the name but will post it later when l remember it. I am hoping our library has it on the shelf.

The Longevity Paradox is the name of the book.

I got this book at the library yesterday THE LONGEVITY PARADOX. You might find it interesting.
