Social Security Help for filing for Disability for dementia patient

My brother's wife is 64 having had alzheimers since 58. We are looking for someone familiar with SSDI for this disease to fill the appropriate paperwork.

If your sister in law has a definitive diagnosis she should be able to receive "compassionate allowance" for SS benefits. That being said, you may still need a lawyer to fight to receive those benefits. A disability lawyer should be able to help.
