Trichotillomania

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone on here is dealing with trichotillomania because I would like to know so that I am not alone. I joined this community because it was the only hair loss community on here. So if anyone else is dealing with this please comment.

Hi, you're not alone. I've had trichotillomania for 15 years. I've never been able to talk about it to anyone outside my family so it's nice to meet you! I've tried many things such as CBT and medication but nothing has helped. It drives me crazy and no one including me understands why I do it. How long have you been pulling for?
