Alpha Gal Syndrome & Propylene glycol Allergy

I have alpha Gal Syndrome (allergic to all mammalian/animal and their byproducts) and I am allergic to propylene glycol.. the worse symptom I get is anaphylactic.. I am hoping someone can help me with finding a antihistamine that I could use in treatment.. So far I have found none other than Unison melts (diphenhydramine) but causes sleepiness and Restless legs..

With a PG allergy, it's best to think outside conventional medicine. There is one product which might be helpful called "Allergy Defense Tonic".
