Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. It is the same as hypromellose, which is a PG extract combined with cellulose fiber. Places are making fake gelatin capsules out of it these days, so now, even capsules are not safe anymore! It may also be called HPMC. Please be careful out there. It seems like companies are on a campaign to stuff glycols into as many products as possible.
