Do you keep a gratitude journal..

A gratitude journal is, quite simply, a tool to keep track of the good things in life. No matter how difficult and defeating life can sometimes feel, there is always something to feel grateful for. ... It's extremely simple to start: simply write down (or type) the things you are grateful for on a daily basis

I do think sometimes we can get lost in our day to day struggles and forget to smell the roses.

I try to write down at the end of each day 3 things I was grateful for that day before turning off the light.

It always surprises me that I can always find a least three things in the day that I was thankful for no matter how bad my day had been. It could be something has simple has my bed or a warm drink :)

I find it very helpful to look back on my day and see it really wasn't all bad xx
