I do think sometimes we can get lost in our day to day struggles and forget to smell the roses.
I try to write down at the end of each day 3 things I was grateful for that day before turning off the light.
It always surprises me that I can always find a least three things in the day that I was thankful for no matter how bad my day had been. It could be something has simple has my bed or a warm drink
I find it very helpful to look back on my day and see it really wasn't all bad xx
