Feeling so drained

Hi Everyone, I'm having a flare up at the moment, my body hurts all over. All I want to do is stay in bed and sleep although I know this is not the best thing to do. I have no interest in anything or anyone, constantly feel I'm on cloud cuckoo land which I know isn't going to do my anxiety any good but until the pains and fatigue subside a bit there's very little I can do 🙄 any suggestions would be appreciated xx
