Sore shoulders

Possibly have fibromyalgia but not sure yet. I have pains in both shoulders down to my elbows. I am on Ramapril 2.5 daily. Not sleeping well and have IBS. No family history of fibromyalgia but my late Mother had spondylitis. Anyone know if there is a connection between spondylitis and fibromyalgia? Thanks for your help.

I am no expert but I have Fibromyalgia, crumbling spine ( Cervical Spondylosis ), IBS and depression and my pain started in my right shoulder down to my elbow and now I am in agony most days and my finger joints have started getting swollen so I think I have Osteo Arthritis. I reckon they are interlinked but obviously not a Doctor. I don't sleep at all well most nights and I am on Lyrica, Tramadol and Naproxen. I have had to give up my job of 18 years.
