Is anyone else on verapamil for afib? How do you feel if so?

Hi I've been on it for 3 years now. I take a lot of meds, so I can't say how I am on just them. I am too unwell to work.

Did you have the ablation done? Did it Work? I'm only on verapamil at this point. My AFIB comes maybe once a week but I see the EP on 2/25 to decide on the next step. Sorry yours has been so bad.

Hi, yes I had an ablation in 2011. I have been in AF since, but I rarely go into fast AF now, but I feel odd beats almost daily and I suffer from tiredness and just all round not feeling well. I have other health issues too. I take the verapmail, flecainide and warfarin. Sorry to hear that yours is weekly. I would say that yes, the ablation has improved the frequency that I was in fast AF,
