I have gone nearly 5 day with feeling normal . Yesterday started feeling light headed and Palpations started up . This time round I am calmer and know this is my cycle and hopefully managing it better we will see . My attitude of calmness is down to the help I have had of this site I am grateful for all the comments and support thank you

Well done Anxious.

There's no 'hopefully' about this one. You already are managing it better. Keep up the good work. Staying calm is key.

Well done, staying calm is very important, takes time to learn because on first onset AF is very scary.

Staying calm and knowing it's a cycle is an incredible form of resilience. You're getting better at managing it, that is a huge win! AF is a small part of who you are—it doesn’t define you. There is so much more to you including strength and spirit that you can focus on and celebrate.

I always say, "AF is what I have, not what I am". 😊
