I have gone nearly 5 day with feeling normal . Yesterday started feeling light headed and Palpations started up . This time round I am calmer and know this is my cycle and hopefully managing it better we will see . My attitude of calmness is down to the help I have had of this site I am grateful for all the comments and support thank you
