Pain killers on warfarin

I take co-codamol 8/500 over the counter. Otherwise stronger co-codamol from the doctor.

Sounds about correct !

8/500 isn't powerful enough for me. I have a prescription from my Dr. for 30/500. That works real good when I need it for left shoulder pain. I also take 4mg and 5mg Warfarin daily ( just depends which day ) based on my INR. I have been told repeatedly .... no anti inflammatories with Warfarin. 30/500 Cocodomol works great for me.
