Happy New Year!

2025 - Where does the time go? My New Year's Resolutions are:

1. Don't regret my mistakes. I will just learn from them and move on.

2. Rule over my emotions. A claim mind can handle any situation (including dealing with afib).

3. I will always remember that life waits for nobody. I will wake up every day and keep pushing through no matter what.

What are your NY Resolutions?

All the best for 2025 Paul

I have only one resolution, which I fail to implement for years. But this time...

I always had a lot of to do during nice periods of the year, so, whenever the Autumn comes, I promise to myself to pay more attention to the beauty of the nature surrounding us during Spring, Summer (and the Autumn) in the next year. I intend to sit, doing nothing, enjoying the greenery, the birds, the sounds, the smells, ... I know, I am lying - I will again find something of to do... Such is the life ...

Go for it! Just take a walk everyday and enjoy the seasons - I do.

Hi John.

Read the book The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A @@@@. It's the best book I have ever bought and I've not even read it all. The title alone was enough to make me buy it! Mark Manson wrote it and it became an international best seller.

To you too Paul!Mine is as follows:

To be more selfish! In other words, stop putting everyone before myself to my own detriment. One can be too kind!

To try to stop worrying so much about things

Have a great 2025 xx

You too 'our Wil'.

Don't worry about things you can't change - there's no point. Think about the worries you can change and take action to overcome these.

The mantra is Act Cures Fear.

Have a lovely 2025 Dawn.

Happy New Year to you Paul. Thank you for your cheerful posts and being the life and soul of the party! Look forward to your positive and encouraging posts next year.

My little contribution today is:-

Lord, help me to change the things that l can.

To accept the things that l can’t.

And wisdom to know the difference.

Happy New Year to you and my fellow AFib friends!

As we step into 2025, may it bring new treatments, breakthroughs, and perhaps even a cure. Here's to better health, steady rhythms, and endless hope for brighter days ahead. Stay strong, and may this year be one of healing and progress for us all!

Wouldn’t it be great if someone discovered a treatment that would guarantee a 100% cure for AFib.

Happy New Year All. I don't make NY resolutions but over this period from Solstice onwards I've taken time to reflect. Between us and our business both my husband and I need to build a healthier microclimate in which we can thrive. If I DID have a NY resolution- it would be to actively seek out and nurture more moments of friendship.
