I had an enjoyable Christmas/New Year break with two weeks off work. I’m happy to report that there was no AF, although I did have a couple of bouts of tachycardia on Christmas Day, no doubt related to doing too much - we had 13 people for lunch and although everyone helps I was doing a lot of cooking and running around.
I thought I’d share a photo from one of our evenings out at dinner at the marina. Being near the water is very calming 🐬🦀🐠🦆
I’m confident 2020 will be a good year and I can put the heart dramas of 2018 and 2019 behind me.
For those who are struggling now, it can and will get better.

Great news! I had my 2nd ablation for AF almost a year ago and touch wood no bouts since, have been working and travelling extensively and off all meds except Rivaroxaban so at the moment life is good .... 👍
Good to hear Kaz,scenery looks beautiful. Well said, it truly does get better, I've had a total Xmas contrast to last years persistent afib and generally miserable time. This year! no afib, relaxed and enjoyed my break, it makes such a difference. Hope we all have a good 2020.
