yes totally. Sinuses and nasal drip which lasted weeks afterwards

I agree. Pain around the eyes and the most disgusting post nasal drip that continued for several weeks afterwards.

Yes, positive two weeks ago, negative one week ago and still clearing the horrendous congestion.

A positive for me, first covid since my ablation last December and no AF this time. Previously it was an instant trigger.

Best wishes

Hope you are better soon. I tested positive for about 5 days but my wife tested positive fore 18 days a year ago last April and was left with labyrinthitis - she was actually fine for one day - which just happened to be her birthday, and then came down with Vertigo like symptoms the next day so had to go to the Docs for medication - think that lasted about a week or so and she still gets it now and again. The Doc gave her 80 tablets and told her you may have to take 3 a day for one day or actually take the whole pack. As it was she took them fior about 4/5 days and has taken them again for a couple of days a few times since so still has some tablets left - better check the use by date now!

Not me I've never had Covid thanks to the jabs, but my friend did a couple of weeks ago but he just felt a bit tired, but he can't have been that tired because he told me he had painted the village telephone kiosk (the old type with all the little panes) that morning. So I guess there wasn't lot wrong with his eyesight either. He's 77.

All the best.

Please don’t rely on the jabs protecting you completely from Covid. I’d had all mine then last June was rushed into hospital, unconscious with Covid, pneumonia and an unidentifiable super bacterial infection. So although the jabs will give us some protection they can’t stop it altogether.

So is there anything else I can do? I really don't want, or intend to wear a mask all the time.

All the best.

Just be sensible. Crowded places like a football match or concert, aeroplanes, danger places. Otherwise I just go out my usual life. Wash my hands regularly, if anyone is sniffly or coughing near me I move away. Afraid there’s not much else we can do. But I will still continue to have the booster jabs. I don’t wear a mask unless absolutely necessary.

Just enjoy each day as it comes Roy 👍🏻

We were fully jabbed up - think at the time we had Covid we had had 7 jabs but we still got Covid. Still use good hygiene - frequently washing hands etc. especially when handling shopping trolleys and door handles stair bannisters, railings etc., and as my Nan always used to tell me - stop touching your face - it's rude - well actually it was a good way to stop transmission of some diseases which is quite often where these things started out.

Hi

This latest jab (Pfzer)I had dizziness/vertigo mildly.

And, 3 flips of the heart. 2 days amd 3 days later. 2 on Thursday and 1 on Friday. Whilst resting. I had taken 1 antibiotic before and 1 after.

But I had a diagnosed UTI I wasn't told about. So was it UTI or COVID jab?

When I did start the course on Monday for a week the vertigo disappeared.

Well, my recent covid test was negative but I’m just recovering from some kind of virus that has badly affected my sinuses. I’ve had no dizziness though but I think it’s not uncommon with sinus congestion. Have you asked your doctor?

A few weeks ago I had lots of tinnitus, hearing problems, elevated blood pressure, exhaustion, cough and problems generally with my ears. The GP gave me ear drops. After a couple of weeks of this, I had really bad dizziness for a couple of hours and was vomiting. Had to call the paramedic who checked my heart and lungs and possible stroke. All were but he saw fluid near the back of my ear so went back to GP for antibiotics. Could have been Covid but didn't do a test. My husband was suffering too but not as bad and other people I know had similar symptoms over an extended period. Despite having had 2 covid jabs and 2 extra ones, I can only think that whilst it was so widespread, it must have been Covid again.

Covid has been going around again. I had my second bout a month ago. Very stuffy sinuses, headachy, fever, loss of my sweet taste. The cough lasted several weeks. A friend of mine has done extensive research and takes zinc and quercetin asap as soon as he has any symptoms. He is not vaxxed and has gone unscathed through every Covid season. Also, I take oil of oregano (nasty stuff), lots of vitamin D and a nasal rinse. You might also try a nebulizer. I didn't have dizziness related to the eyes.

You might watch for symptoms of a sinus infection.
