Hi

It does say twice a day.

Depends what is happening?

I'd ring St John Ambulance or Dr or Hospital.

Take care.

I read its a life saving med for your ventricle chambers. It is a Bet Blocker. Keeps our adrenaline.

That's five hours early. I would have phoned a pharmacist for guidance but normally the advice is to take your next dose at its proper time (i.e. next morning, in your case), though, i.e. not at 10.00pm.

Take extra care next time, eh? If you feel any changes such as an overly slow heart rate or dizziness, then phone your GP or 111 for guidance, but I think you will be fine. By the tie you read this, you'll be back to normal anyway.

Over the days of starting drugs, many apparently reach what I have read is called a "steady state" in the blood stream. When this happens, a slight change in dosage time won't have the impact it might be expected to.
