has anyone been told not to take apixiban with. COQ10 ?

I did read not to take them with warfarin but nothing on Apixiban

No. I have taken them both together for many years. I'm over 80 now.

Have you found Oxy 10 helps knee pain etc.

I take Ubiquinol 200mg/day and have done for many years along with Apixaban for the last 4 years. I think one has to avoid fish oils and turmeric although I do take the latter. My cardio says sometimes its big pharma just being ultra conservative.
