If you woke up that early fine but my brain takes a few days to get there.

Honestly its a non event. An hour makes no difference other than an hour's less rain. LOL 😁

Same advice Bob that the cardiologist gave to me when I asked the question on Tuesday

No, in fact I slept late! Don’t think it makes much difference.

No, I always keep to the clock time and ignore the hour forward or back. It makes little difference.

Ditto to what Finvola says.

That reminds me, still need to change all my clocks including the car LOL, seriously 1 hr don't make a bit of difference, if it did many of us would be in trouble.

Thankfully the only clocks here that need changing manually are my wrist watch, the oven and the microwave. Everything else including heating does it automatically.

I have just had the ablation and asked this question of the cardiologist. He didn't seem concerned and said 1 hour would make no difference so to just carry on as normal

I took mine a hour earlier but I always think we'll if you was abroad with time diffrence you probably would alter the taking time

It’s normal for me to take Apixaban half hour either side of when all my reminders go off at once!

No problem I just keep to the clock time an hour makes no difference. One interesting thing was that when changing our clocks yesterday morning we found one that hadn't been changed last October but didn't realise until we had got up on low steps and taken it down off the wall then had a heck of a job putting it back! I'm sure I have looked at that clock but must have sort of known the hour and just thought oh it's 20 past 10 when it actually says 20 past 9 or whatever! Mind, when you are retired all you really need to know is is it raining or not ie can I go out in the garden for a walk or do I have to sit and vegetate inside - again. Most of the time I have to check what day it is a couple of times a day so as you can imagine this weekend has totally confused us as any change in the routine can make you think it's a Friday or a Sunday it seems!

I just change the all clocks and take it when the reminder alarms go off.

All the best.

Hi Myflower, i think if taking apixaban twice per day[24hrs] its a given that each dose is active for 12hrs.

I never take it at the same time everyday so it made no difference to me 🤣🤣🤣.
