Ask for a GP appointment to discuss this and maybe have a snapshot ECG done while you're there. It may not capture AF so will only tell you anything if you're actually in AF at the time. You may need to wear a monitor for a longer time to capture it.
Assuming the alerts turn out to be correct, should you be worried? Well, I'd say no. AF is a condition that is a nuisance, for sure, and may eventually require medication or a procedure in future, but it won't shorten your life. AF can occur 'in the company of' conditions such as diabetes, obesity, previous heart attacks or strokes, all of which can of course be serious. If you do indeed have AF but yours is not connected to any of these then you may have what is often referred to as 'lone AF'. Your doc will need to assess your need to take an anti-coagulant to reduce the chance of stroke, which is elevated in those of us with AF. Doctors have a scoring system to decide whether you need them or not. Whether you would benefit from medication or a procedure such as Cardioversion or Ablation may also be discussed going forward.

From that link:-
Can I still use Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications if I have been previously diagnosed with AFib?
No. Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications isn’t intended for use in individuals previously diagnosed with AFib
I get a lot of "inconclusive" readings on Fitbit Sense. I think it might be ectopics, as my last 30 day monitor showed tons of PACs, way more than actual afib. I feel every off beat.
The Fitbit logarithm is very good at detecting NSR and AF, and classifies everything else as 'inconclusive'. It cannot diagnose AFlutter, PVCs, PACs, SVT etc etc.
Although I would ideally prefer mine to tell me exactly which type of arrythmias my regular 'ectopics' are, since my ablation I have taken great comfort in simply knowing they're not AF.
As an experiment I've put my Fitbit (Sense 2) on the wrist of two friends with permanent AF, and it always identifies it correctly.
hi jarvo, I can’t say anything else that mugsy hasn’t already said to be honest. Try not to worry too much though.👍
