Monday to Friday when working I take morning meds at around 05.30 hrs Saturday and Sunday when not working I take them at about 08.00 hrs. My evening meds I take at around 20.00 hrs ...... unless I forget altogether which I do many times a year .... all in all no sweat, no problems. 😂😱😱

hi, I take my am ones any time from 9am to 12noon, and evening anytime from 11pm to 1am, related to breakfast and going to bed, seems ok, I just try to keep roughly 12hrs between apixaban doses.

As long as you don’t take them toooo early or toooo late no problem. When I was in hospital I was only given my apixabab and flecainide in fact any of my pills when each ward did their rounds which varied a lot. Also there have been occasions when I had to stop my medication etc so no problem

All the best

l take my meds precisely at the same time day and evening. I have an Alexa device and she talks to me at 8am and 8pm reminding me to take my meds. It works perfectly. I would not think of altering the system. When traveling, we adjust the time accordingly and the smart phone reminds us. It’s so easy … why not do it correctly? I could be in the bathtub and if l hear Alexa, l cut my bath short to take my meds. If l am going to be out l put them in a little pill box and take them at the correct time. But then, l am a textbook perfectionist. All labels in my fridge and cupboards must face forward! Best, Jan
