AFib awareness month

Were you aware that September is AFib awareness month?

I’m not sure if this is an international day or just America or even if it was just one particular year that I missed but it does seem a good opportunity to spread the word about AFib.

I noticed soon after being diagnosed with AFib just how many ‘non-hearties’ knew very little about the condition so set about writing this blog back in Dec 2021 to try and increase awareness at least with the people in my circle.
