I get this once a day at any time that last just over a minute. Also get smaller versions of this.Feels like cheats is trying for a heartbeat and breath as well. What is this thing ?

Curious, what did Kardia say it was? Hopefully, "DrDave" will be by soon with a professional opinion and you should also send it to your ep.

My doctor seems to think St elevation but was more concerned about my pacemaker on this ecg

it seems as STEMI to me unless proven otherwise. If I was you I would get cat scan with contrast of the heart and better a cath lab angiography asap. If you are in UK it is tough to get it quickly. We don’t have the precordial leads to confirm the diagnosis of STEMI and possible RBBB. Best wishes

there is nine pages lasting just over a minute. this one and happens once a day at anytime. Feels like it’s struggling to get a beat going and to breathe. I will see the cardiologist next month.
