Help needed reading Kardia 6L ECG

This Kardia 6L ECG apparently shows a slightly raised T segment and is indicative of "multiple conditions including angina." It was shown to a registrar and a GP who referred to a "raised plateau" on it. The GP said that he didn't know enough about the Kardia to know what could be inferred from it. But a cardiac nurse and registrar felt that as it differed from a Kardia ECG taken in March, it was imperative to go to A and E.

I agree, could've an acute anterior

Septal MI .Would need to see leads 1 thru 5. Are you having symtoms. At the least you need a full EKG done ASAP. If you are having any symptoms you should certainly go to a+e,,etheral

Ok, it worked when I tried it again. Previously, I didn’t get the usual HU redirect message.

This is not a diagnosis as I'm not trained in ECG's.Seems like the Ventricle depolarisation is taking too long hence the the ST being below the baseline.

Could this be due to muscle thickness or BBB?

They mentioned some “block” which has been picked up in earlier ECGs. I think it’s only level 1. The Troponin test showed a reading of 16 (I don’t know the unit) when the upper limit for a normal reading is 14 which related to the heart muscle. They were a bit vague about what this meant, just saying it “could be angina in view of your other symptoms, an infection or something else.”

Thanks for the reply. I went yesterday. The upshot was that my Troponin level was elevated slightly and I have to undergo treadmill tests etc. Various doctors noticed the ST segment was abnormal from the Kardia. It does show how useful this device is.

Looking at it again I think you may have Left Axis Deviation.

Lead 1 is positive and 11, 111 and aVF are negative. Same as mine has been for years.

Correct! I was diagnosed with LAD several years ago-in fact a year or so before I was diagnosed with AF. I'm awaiting an investigation for "suspected angina" and will ask whether it's got worse. Thanks for replying.
