I know we've all heard enough about having afib and covid. I have to give my take on it though. I've never felt so happy - so here's a positive post about the whole thing of the two together. I've avoided the bullet so far.
Tested positive this morning for covid. 5 days of self-isolation with no human contact - bliss, pure bliss. Feel great except for a runny nose - it's like leaving the tap on. Slight palpitations but nothing else. Now don't let me underestimate this one. I know some forum members have been knocked for six by it. It's suppered my New Year plans but no worries there - love sitting in front of a nice warm fire and getting to bed soon. I won't see the New Year in as I do feel tired. Mr Zolpidem will ensure I sleep well.
"Beating afib and covid is what I do. Beating it is my middle name." - My Motto! It's in my DNA.
Happy New Year folks.
Best,
Paul

Thanks Jean. I feel better already - runny nose is a nightmare though! Alan called earlier as his TV wasn't working but I couldn't go to help. He wouldn't recover from it if he caught covid.
Had pill to help me sleep and I'll be as right as rain in the morning. Going to bed soon for a blissful sleep. Not worried at all about it.
What timing! Glad you’re not feeling too bad. I was ok when I got it, but could have wished for the runny nose. Mine hung about in my sinuses, very blocked up.
