My gp has asked me to send him a 4 week report from my Kardia app. Unfortunately although I can download the report and email it to myself, it can't be saved on my pc or recognised by the NHS hub that he wishes me to send it on. Has anyone else had this problem? Seems to be something to do with the file format and I am not techie enough to figure out how to adapt it!

I sent it to my consultants nhs email address, not sure if broke a few rules but worked that way
Hi Lizty.
Should be fairly simple if you can send it by email to yourself. Just remove any forwarded text / your email address and click the 'forward' icon with your email provider using your doctors email address.
Hope that makes sense.

Hi Lizty,
I do exactly as Paulbounce does .......... send it to myself. From that point I save it as an email file which I head as Kardia readings. Once there for safe keeping I can then forward it to any email address I need to.

Hi Litzy!
I email any relevant reports (in any episode, 1st in AF, last in AF and 1st in NSR as these show traced when in and give best indication of length) to myself without, password and save on PC. I can then forward as required by attaching to any email.
I can however only download individual reports. You mention a 4 week report. Is that an option or a bespoke report and do you get this by way of subscription?
Good morning, sorry to hear that you are currently experience technical issues with the AliveCor Kardia Mobile. I have attached the link through to the AliveCor Troubleshooting online support alivecor.zendesk.com/hc/en-...
The "trouble" with AliveCor's "Troubleshooting online support" is that if your smart phone is not on their "list of compatible phones", the staff will refuse to help you with either software or hardware issues. This applies even when your device works as intended, as was my experience. Very poor.
A "chocolate fire guard" comes to mind.
When I sent off my Kardia recordings, I downloaded them as PDFs on my phone and emailed to my EP.
As Griffin9 says, if you save the pdf file to your system, it can then be attached as a file to an email sent to your GP. Your email system will have a button for "attachments". Let us know if you are still having problems.
Have contacted gp. Emails with attachments are not as confidential..
Can you perhaps right click on the image, save as a document in Word, then attach as a Word document to your doctor?
Yep. Tried that, thanks. No luck!
Hi, this is what I do, I go to "HISTORY" pick the files that I want, then from the Kardia app, I choose SHARE in pdf format to my email acct. then I go to my email and open the file(s) and PRINT them.😊
I tried that but I cannot send emails to myself in like from me to me.
this is how I send myself the EKG record... in HISTORY , click the action symbol which is the Three vertical dots located on the upper far right side, when it opens, it will give you the option to DOWNLOAD PDF, or EMAIL PDF, or ORDER A CLINICIAN REVIEW.... just click on the action that you need... download the pdf to the phone files, from there pick the file, and email to yourself or any other recipient, or save it in your phone or email it to your Dr. or print it, etc.
