I’ve just had my third ablation and so far it’s holding up. Now I need to go to the dentist for renewal of old fillings which are giving me problems. Is there. A problem with getting the injections ? Does it have adrenaline in it. Should I be cautious?

thankyou

Always ask you dentist for adrenaline free local anaesthetic as these are less likely to cause any problems. Not all dental work can be done this way as it is less effective .

Great plan, poor dental health I understand could be a contributory factor to heart issues not just AF.

Hi 4Pip, definitely ask for adrenaline free injection. I have that and it’s now on my notes.

I always have adrenaline free for dental treatment as I’ve had uncomfortable experiences with adrenaline.
