still here and still clear

Hi all

Just to let you know I still keep an eye out for your posts, It's been 4years now since my RF ablation and I am very pleased to report that I am still AF free apart from a few ectopic's which I treat with magnesium turate I am in great shape.

if anyone is in doubt about having an ablation I say go ahead, if my AF returned, I would be straight round to the doctors to get another ablation ASAP.

Good to see this as many feel conflicted about having ablation. I had my 2nd earlier this year. If I can be 5 years AF free it'll have been worth it!

Morning Brizzy, good to hear all is going well. I have been through ablation route and finally had a pacemaker and av node ablated in 2021. Feel pretty good and back to near normal too.I had mine done in Bristol too

I had PAF for about ten years being treated with medication but got progressively worse, so ablation was the answer

Brizzy, it must have been about the same time I had my ablation at Bristol Heart Institute- November 2018. They certainly look after you and have the expertise. I read somewhere that were in the top 5. Go well.
