Ablation at St Barts

Hi All,

I am due to have my Ablation at St Barts in London on 23rd June.

I have to be there at 07:30, and am trying to work out the logistics. Catching a train on the day involves setting out at about 05:30.

Does anyone know a reasonably priced hotel nearby to stay in the night prior and of the operation? (My first search has resulted in £1,000 costs).

Many thanks,

Happy Rhythms,

Andrew

Hi, try Travelodge perhaps. They’re usually quite reasonable. Look for a discount code too. Good luck. Xxxx

When I have to be at Royal Brompton at sparrows fart I stay at Travel Lodge. Its a pain as I still have to get up at SF-2 hours and pre order a cab to take me to the hospital but from Devon the first train doesn't get to London till 8.30 . You could check to see if they have any hotel accomodation on site at Barts? RBH do but it is a Victorian building with one bathroom per corridor which does not suit me.

Presumably you have asked if the hospital has any overnight accommodation? I was able to when I had my ablation at The Heart Hospital in central London 2009

Premier right opposite the hospital. Had my ablation there 9 months ago.

We stayed at a nearby premiere in near St Thomas's. Have a look to see if you have any nearby.
