Hi everyone, do any of you wear magnetic bracelets or had those magnet patches for pain. Just wondered if they would interfere with AF. Doctor said plasters wouldn’t but wondered about the bracelets.

Thanks

Used to wear one for arthritis. Didn't do anything for my AF or arthritis. Lol.

A lot depends on the strength of the magnets.

My husband has one the magnetic bracelets. No problem with it interfering with his AF, as far as he is concerned. The only concern is that it doesn’t seem to help with his aches & pains ☹️

I've had one for years and must admit I'm not aware of it having done much. I wear it a lot alongside another silver bracelet. Saying that I'm very content with life and my body doesn't ache too much. A friend gave it to me when my marriage broke up and I'll always cherish it, was such a thoughtful present to give someone. I did buy one back for them.

Hi there, I was worried about magnets upsetting the AF. But if you have always worn one and Bob has it must be ok.

If you’re worried, wear on right wrist.

You need to take a regular break from them, don’t use 1 week in 4 or body can become used to it.

I lay on a large mat that has lot of string neodymium magnets without problems. They help healing. I am trained magnetic therapist and have lots of magnetic appliances like mats, bracelet, neck wrap etc.Obviously you many not be able to use a mat, neck wrap type if you have a pacemaker.

I have a ‘magic wand’ VERY powerful magnets. I’ve used to help husbands broken vertebrae, my bunion op, partial knee replacement etc etc physio and consultants alway amazed at how quickly we’ve healed, BUT it’s the strength of the magnets I have that is relevant.
