Kardia Mobile Compatibility

My Kardia mobile stopped working on my Nokia 5.3 for some reason, and neither does it work on my latest phone, a Redmi Note 10 Pro, neither device is on the Kardia compatibility list. I know the device is ok as it works on my daughter's iPhone 13 and also on a Samsung Galaxy tablet. Could people please post what other devices they have that are working with Kardia, as I'm aware that some devices work that aren't on the list. Thanks.

Has your Nokia automatically upgraded its software and that is what caused it to stop working, maybe? It should be possible to download the previous version of the software and see if that brings back the connection. The newer Kardia, the 6L, uses a Bluetooth connection, so that should have universal compatibility.

As Ppiman said, if it did work and now doesn't, then something has changed. However, it's possible that the Kardia just needs a new battery, and it is easy to change. You need a CR2016, and as it is likely to be in there for more than 2 years, use a good quality named brand one.

Another approach would be to delete the app entirely from your phone , and then install again from the approved repository for Nokia apps. I know Nokia have moved away from Android, and maybe that's the problem? Does the Nokia system still support the Kardia? Check first.

No it isn't the battery as it still works on my daughter's iPhone and also a Samsung tablet. The Nokia is now replaced so I can't go back to that, I'll continue to use the tablet for the time being and look to the 6L Kardia device. I just thought it would be useful to hear which phones others are using successfully with the device, as I know the Kardia compatibility list isn't that long. Thanks for the replies.🙂
