It made me laugh Tilly, I wonder where on earth they get the names of some of the drugs from. Perhaps they hope we wont be able to pronounce them, so can't ask for any more. 😂

😂🤣🥲 First remember, then try to pronounce! My husband has been prescribed a bundle of different medications and I have sometimes resorted to ‘metawhatzit’ and ‘dezasomething’ 🤪

Always a good start! The most helpful is when patients refer you them as 'those tiny white pills or large pinkish ones'

As a retired nurse some attempts to pronounce also amusing. The chap who came to day care who had probs with waterworks, "it's very painful they've replaced my caliper" ouch. "I had an autopsy last week" "I feel rotten, wonder if a bit of lust would help" after I backed off, turned out he wanted a drink of Lilt.
