Speaking to my granddaughter yesterday, we were talking about peer group relationships and the many disappointments you experience whilst a young child at school, her older sibling said their mum advised `blood is thicker than water` to which the young one said `unless you’re on Warfarin`!! Made me chuckle, I hope it does you too. Have a good day x

Thanks for response ... yes .... important for her to know why I take it and how it works .... she’s very receptive.... we talked about it some time ago ...... no problem with this .... how grown up the youngsters seem to be nowadays!!! 😊

Except that it isn't (a 'blood thinner') - which is why she needs re-education, even though she's clearly a smart girl with a sense of humour too.
